Modified Mitigated Determination of NonSignificance (MDNS)

The City of Vader SEPA (State Environmental Protection Agency) Official has issued a modified determination for the following proposal:

 The Wastewater Facility Plan Amendment with a preferred alternative, which contains recommendations to upgrade the 

City’s current wastewater treatment facility including rerouting the outfall location to the Cowlitz River.
