SEPA Notice - Determination of Non-significance

On November 26th, 2014 the City of Vader issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements and Outfall Pipe. copies of the DNS and the SEPA checklist are available at no charge from the City of Vader 317 8th Street or 360-295-3222. The public is invited to comment on this DNS by submitting written comments no later than December 10th, 2014 to Ken Smith, Mayor, PO Box 189, Vader, WA 98593.
